Move your existing WordPress site to SpudPress, or create a brand new website.
Follow this quick guide to get started.
The first thing you want to do is sign up of for a SpudPress account.
So head to the sign up page and fill out your email address, and pick a password.
After signing up, you will be presented with the billing screen. We’re going to ask you for your credit card information up front, to prevent malicious use of our service.
Don’t worry, we won’t bill you for another 30 days – and if you do not wish to continue you can just delete the site so you won’t be charged at al.
It’s now time to create your first site.
We’ll first ask you how you would like to deploy changes to your website.
You have the option to use git if you’d like to — if you’re not familiar with git we recommend that you select the FTP option instead.
It’s now time to pick the name of your website. The name is only used internally to refer to your website, and you can pick anything you’d like here. Please note that it is not possible to change this name later.
Your hosting environment is now being set up – this will take a few moments.
